Junes Easy Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. oil or less
Preparation
    Mix together. Turn out on floured board. Pat or roll to 3/4-inch thick. Cut out. Turn over in oil. Bake in black iron skillet 8 to 10 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven or until done. Makes about 10 biscuits.
