Chef Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads lettuce, washed, torn, drained and dried
    2 heads endive, curled
    2 large scoops cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded cooked turkey
    2 c. shredded cooked ham
    1 c. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    8 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1/2 c. scallions, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. Cheddar, shredded
    1 c. Provolone, shredded
Preparation
    Toss the lettuce together. Place the cottage cheese in the center of the lettuce. Arrange the shredded meats around the salad. Sprinkle the Roquefort cheese on top. Add the eggs, scallions, carrots, raisins and mushrooms. Top with the Cheddar and Provolone cheese. Serves 10.
