Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 grated raw carrot
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farms herb crumbs (save some for topping)
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Simmer, drain and mash squash.
    Mix ingredients together and put into greased casserole.
    Top with few crumbs.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 just until brown.
