Quick Arabian Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork loin butterfly chops (no bone)
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes with onions, green pepper and celery included
    4 Tbsp. raw rice
Preparation
    Sear and brown pork chops in a skillet.
    Remove and place them in a covered casserole dish.
    Put 1 tablespoon raw rice on top of each pork chop.
    Pour stewed tomatoes over all.
    Cover and bake in oven about 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
