Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk together in double boiler.
    Set aside.
    Mix together first 4 ingredients, it will be fairly dry.
    Press half of mixture into bottom of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over.
    Pour caramel mixture over chips.
    Cover with remaining batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Refrigerate and cut.
