Mexican Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    whole green chilies
    Monterey Jack cheese
    1/8 tsp. cilantro
    taco seasoning
    1 to 2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 to 1/2 c. cornmeal
Preparation
    Use number of chicken breasts for the number of people.
    Pound chicken breasts, place 1/2 to 1 whole green chile in center, add cheese (sliced or grated) and cilantro.
    Roll up and secure with toothpick.
    Beat egg. Mix flour, cornmeal and 1/2 package taco seasoning.
    Dip chicken in egg and then roll in flour mixture. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
