Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. low-fat Russian salad dressing
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. poppy seed (optional)
    3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
    hot rice
Preparation
    In baking dish, combine crushed pineapple, low-fat Russian dressing, chopped onion and poppy seed.
    Place chicken in pineapple mixture.
    Spoon mixture over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve over rice.
