Country Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
    1 1/2 qt. whole milk
    2 c. chopped peaches
Preparation
    Beat eggs thoroughly and add sugar, vanilla and evaporated milk.
    Add fruit, mixing well.
    Pour into ice cream freezer can and fill to line with whole milk.
    Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
