Sausage, Egg, Mushroom And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation

Place croutons on bottom of a 9 x 12-inch prepared pan.
Top with cheese and sausage.
Beat eggs, milk and mustard.
Add mushrooms and soup.
Pour mixture over ingredients in pan. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Let set 5 minutes and cut.
Serves 6.
