Tomato-Onion-Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 zucchini
    1 large onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    bread crumbs
    4 medium tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Scrub zucchini and slice 1/4-inch thick.
    Peel and quarter tomatoes.
    Peel and slice onions.
    Saute zucchini and onion in butter until wilted, then add tomatoes and saute about 2 minutes more.
    Add seasoning and transfer all into buttered casserole. Cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
