Blessing Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    22 gingersnaps, crushed
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 (8 oz.) tub whipped cream
    1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Pat the crushed gingersnaps and butter into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Mix the whipped cream, pistachio pudding and pineapple together.
    Pour into cooled crust.
    Top the pie with almonds and coconut.
    Deliver to someone special with your love and a blessing card.
