Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt or less
4 Tbsp. cold skim milk
8 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together in a 9-inch pie plate.
Measure cold milk and oil together in measuring cup.
Do not stir.
Add all at once to flour.
Stir lightly with fork until all ingredients are blended.
Reserve about 1 cup of mixture for topping.
Shape crust by pulling and tamping dough with your fingers in pan.
Smooth bottom of pie with smooth glass.
