Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. chicken stock
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet; add rice and stir until golden brown.
    Add chopped onion and saute until onion turns color (clear-translucent).
    Add chicken stock and tomato paste.
    Simmer, covered, until rice is tender for 30 to 40 minutes.
