Yellow Jacket Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    4 c. fresh cut corn
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crispy; drain and crumble.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon drippings in skillet.
    Add corn, green pepper and onion.
    Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring often; stir in bacon, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture into a highly greased 2-quart shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serves 8.
