Chocolate Meringue Pie(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, milk and egg yolks in a large Pyrex bowl.
Mix with a wire whip.
Microwave on High for up to 9 minutes or until cooked to desired thickness.
Stir occasionally
with wire whip to keep from lumping.
After cooking to desired thickness, add butter and stir with wire whip until butter melts.
Add vanilla and stir well.
Pour into baked pie shell.
