Quick Homemade Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (14.5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 can sliced potatoes (optional)
    1 (14.5 oz.) can mixed vegetables
    1 (12 oz.) jar beef gravy
Preparation
    Brown beef stew meat in oil until tender.
    Add rest of vegetables and gravy and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Very good with warm rolls.
