Chicken And Spinach Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 to 5 c. cut-up cooked chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach as on package.
    Drain thoroughly and spread over the bottom of a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spread chicken over spinach.
    Melt butter and blend in flour; add chicken soup, chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens.
    Add lemon juice and salt and pepper.
    Pour sauce over chicken; sprinkle with cheese and dust with paprika. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until nice and brown.
