Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 bunch broccoli
2 to 3 carrots, grated
1 to 2 large white onions
1 bunch cauliflower
2 cucumbers
2 large tomatoes
1 can English peas
10 radishes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. grated cheese
1 jar bacon bits
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Cut or tear lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Cut flowerets of broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size pieces and layer over lettuce.
All other vegetables may be chopped or grated and individually layered.
You may substitute your favorite vegetables or leave out any vegetables you prefer.
After layers are completed and approximately 2 to 3 hours prior to serving, mix mayonnaise and sugar together and spread over entire mixture.
Add cheese and bacon bits just before topping of mayonnaise and sugar.
