Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 clove garlic (can use powdered)
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    dash of salt and pepper
    6 oz. sharp American cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook meat, onions and green pepper in a skillet until meat is slightly browned and vegetables are tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add cheese. Stir until melted.
    Pour into a large greased baking dish.
