24 Hour Crisp Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Put cabbage, pepper and onion in large bowl.
    Sprinkle salt and sugar over mixture; let stand 30 minutes.
    Heat remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage mixture. Cool; seal tightly and refrigerate.
    Best when served after 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Will keep indefinitely.
