Double-Good Fruit Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container low-fat or nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
    1 medium size banana, sliced
Preparation
    In blender container or food processor bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Cover and process on high speed until thick and blended, about 30 seconds.
    To carry, pour into chilled thermos containers.
    Makes 4 servings.
