Steak Alamode - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. water
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can chicken soup with rice
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite-size pieces.
    Put flour, salt and pepper on steak; brown in oil.
    Add water and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
    Add more water if needed.
    Add soups and cook until thick.
    Serve on toast or favorite bread.
