Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can Campbell's French onion soup
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Add rice and stir to coat. Stir remaining ingredients into dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Add small amount of water as necessary during baking time. Serves 8.
