Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apples, sliced thin
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar, depending on apples
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 dash of nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Prepare pastry.
    Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add lemon juice to apples.
    Add sugar and spice mixture to apples.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pie shell; dot top of apples with butter.
    Add top pastry to pie.
    Sprinkle sugar on top of pastry.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
