Quick Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 large can sliced peaches
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt margarine in a 12 inch metal or glass dish.
Remove pan from oven and add peaches.
In a separate container, mix milk, sugar, vanilla and flour.
Pour this mixture over peaches and butter.
Do not stir.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until crust forms and slightly browns.
