Snickerdoodles Light Lowered-Fat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar, divided
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    3 egg whites
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat margarine and 1 1/2 cups sugar until fluffy.
    Add milk and egg whites.
    Beat again.
    Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Beat until well mixed.
    In a shallow dish, combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
