Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced and quartered
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion for 10 minutes.
    In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, carrots, squash and onions.
    Melt butter and pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Add 1/2 the stuffing mix.
    Pour squash mixture over the top.
    Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
