Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. instant rice
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread
    1 box frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Cook rice in 2 cups water.
    Combine remaining ingredients and cook for 10 to 15 minutes in a saucepan.
    Add to cooked rice. Pour into a greased casserole dish; cover with foil and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
