Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to 425\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine filling ingredients.
Mix
well and turn into shell.
Bake 15 minutes, then
reduce
oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Cool
before
cutting.
Garnish with whipped cream and nuts. Refrigerate leftovers.
