Orange Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. orange gelatin (3 oz. each)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add juice from oranges. Add sherbet and blend with mixer to dissolve.
    Refrigerate and when partially set, add orange sections.
    Put in ring mold if you wish to use it for a salad or into a 9 x 11-inch pan and cut into squares to serve as a dessert with whipped cream.
