Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
7 1/2 qt. popped corn (1 1/2 c. unpopped)
Preparation

In heavy saucepan, combine butter, syrup and salt.
Heat to boiling and boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Take from heat and add soda and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour over popped corn; mix well.
Place in large roasting pan.
Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring about every 20 minutes.
