Cucumber Salad(From The Four Seasons Restaurant New York) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. dill
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. red wine
    2 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together ahead and chill. Goes well with cold poached salmon steaks and green sauce.
