Polish Bow Ties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    6 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
    1 oz. rum
    flour (to hold together, forms a ball)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add flour, enough to form a ball.
    Roll out ball.
    Cut into 3-inch strips.
    Cut strips into 3-inch diamonds.
    Cut slit into each diamond.
    Curve dough into slit of diamond.
    Fry in Crisco oil.
    Powder with 4x sugar when cold.
