Chicken Stuffing Casserole And Pimento Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned dressing
    3 c. cubed chicken, cooked
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour (not self-rising)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. chicken broth, skimmed
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Prepare stuffing according to package and spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass dish.
    Layer thickly with chicken. In saucepan, melt butter, blend in flour.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add cool broth and thicken.
    Stir in eggs quickly.
    Pour over chicken and dressing. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let set for 10 minutes before cutting.
