Vegetable Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can small onions
1 can potatoes
1 can carrots
1 can mushrooms or 1 lb. fresh
2 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Thaw cauliflower and peas enough to break apart.
Drain onions, potatoes, carrots and mushrooms.
Combine all vegetables in 3-quart casserole.
Make a white sauce of milk, butter and flour. Cut Velveeta in cubes and add to white sauce.
Stir until melted. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
