Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. hot cooked rice with parsley, cooked without salt
Preparation
    In skillet, in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
    Remove; pour off fat.
    In same skillet, combine soup, water, mustard and pepper; heat to boiling.
    Return chicken to skillet; cover and cook over low heat until chicken is no longer pink.
    Serve with rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
