Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef
1 c. onion
1 clove garlic
1 large tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) tomato paste
1 can water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook 1/2 pound of lasagna noodles.
Mix 1/2 pound of cottage cheese with 1/2 pound of cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Layer noodles, sauce and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
