Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    2 carrots, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Boil squash in a small amount of salted water until tender. Mash squash and add the other ingredients, mixing well.
