Grandma'S Tea Cakes(My Favorite Cookie When I Went To Grandma'S.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    6 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. milk
    dash of salt
    any decorations you like
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cream sugar and butter; add the eggs to the mixture.
    Mix well, adding flour, 1 cup at a time.
    Add milk a little at a time until dough is easy to knead.
    Remove a portion of dough the size of a softball, flour sparingly and roll out to thickness of a pencil.
    Select your favorite cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
    Place cookies 1 inch apart on a greased cookie sheet, decorate and bake at 350\u00b0 until edges are brown (about 8 to 10 minutes).
