Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 can chicken, celery or mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 to 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 to 2 Tbsp. herb and pepper seasoning
Preparation
    Cut up and cook cauliflower for 5 minutes.
    Drain water.
    Add cheese, mayonnaise and soup, stirring well.
    If not enough liquid, add another can of soup.
    Add onion flakes and seasoning.
    Place in a large casserole dish and cover with Pepperidge Farm dressing mix.
    Place in oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
