No Crust Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs
1 lb. Jack cheese
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 large can Ortega green chilies, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs with flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Reduce heat and bake for 35 to 40 minutes longer.
Cut into small squares and serve hot.
May be frozen and reheated.
