Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted oleo or margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, flour and margarine until well combined.
Fold in coconut.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch pie plates.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Crust forms as pie bakes.
