Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stick oleo
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Blend all but last 2 ingredients and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Then top with corn flakes and melted oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
