Good Habit Tuna Melt - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. drained, flaked, water packed tuna
1 Tbsp. diced celery
1 Tbsp. diced red onion
1 Tbsp. diet mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 slice whole grain bread
1 oz. sliced low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
In small bowl, combine tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise and mustard. Add seasonings and mix well.
Toast bread and spread with tuna mixture. Top with cheese.
