Scandanavian Fruit Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 c. sugar
    salt
    1 c. water
    6 oz. frozen orange juice
    10 oz. frozen strawberries
    1 can mandarin oranges
    2 sliced bananas
    1 pt. drained canned peaches
Preparation
    Cook the tapioca, sugar, salt and water for about 7 minutes. Remove from stove and add the remaining ingredients.
    Top with lime sherbet.
