Apple Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oats
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 to 4 green apples, peeled and sliced to make 6 c.
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. white sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
Press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch greased baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine sliced apples with 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Turn into crust. Sprinkle with remaining half of mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
