New Potatoes With Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small new potatoes
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Peel each potato, leaving a 1 1/2-inch\tband around middle. Cook potatoes in Dutch oven in boiling water to cover 20 minutes or until tender; drain. Place in large bowl. Bring butter and next 8 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Remove from heat. Drizzle over potatoes, tossing to coat.
    Yield: 8 servings.
