Grandmom Wohlfarth'S German Turkey Filling(20 Pound Or More Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green peppers
    4 large onions
    2 large apples
    10 stalks large celery
    1/2 bunch parsley (not stems)
    1 pkg. leaf marjoram (3/8 oz. size)
    2 tsp. thyme
    3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 eggs
    1/2 lb. fresh sausage
    1/2 lb. calves liver
    2 loaves stuffing bread
Preparation
    Put through processor in this order:
    Peppers, parsley, apples, celery, liver and onions.
    Cut crust from bread.
    Cut each loaf in half and break into small pieces.
    Need large container.
    Knead it all together.
    Add marjoram, thyme, salt, pepper, eggs, and sausage meat (break in pieces).
    Knead it all together with hands until there is no sign of the bread.
    Mix this up the day before.
    Cover and store.
    Fill front and back of turkey.
    Sew skin over.
    Don't pack too tightly.
    Left overs can be cooked in oven in a covered casserole dish for about one hour at 350\u00b0.
