Cinnamon 'N Sugar Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. applesauce
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups. Beat eggs; stir in milk and applesauce.
    Add 1/4 cup margarine. Stir in flour, raisins, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Stir until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).
    Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Immediately dip top of warm muffins into melted butter, then into cinnamon and sugar mixture.
