Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. thick sour cream
1 c. raisins, chopped
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 unbaked pastry shell

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and beat until light.
Whip sour cream and fold into egg mixture.
Add raisins, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice and mix.
